PROPOSED PRECINCT 17 – ELEVENTH ROAD STRUCTURE PLAN

We invite comment on the revised Wungong Urban Water Proposed Precinct 17 - Eleventh Road Structure Plan.

The purpose of the draft Structure Plan is to coordinate future land uses, subdivision and development, including the provision of transport networks, public open space, utility and service networks within the Precinct.

The draft Structure Plan proposes the following:

• a new neighbourhood centre with shops and higher-density housing;
• a network of parks and open spaces with smart water management;
• improved road connections to major transport routes; and
• a new primary school and community playing field.
