Structure Plan Amendment Precinct 19 – Brookwood B Wungong Urban Water Project Area

In accordance with clause 9.7 of the Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2, notice is given that the Armadale Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) granted approval of the Precinct 19 – Brookwood B Structure Plan Amendment at its meeting on 1 December 2025, subject to the below modifications:
- A staging plan is to be included under section 4 Subdivision and Development Requirements (Part 1 of the Structure Plan Report), which should demonstrate that any undeveloped portions of the site are maintained in an appropriate interim condition.
- Part 2 should be reviewed and updated to ensure consistency with Part 1 of the Structure Plan Report, including the use of the correct Structure Plan map.
All requested modifications have now been completed. Accordingly, the Structure Plan Amendment for Precinct 19 – Brookwood B is formally approved.
The validity period of the Structure Plan has been extended by an additional 10-years as part of this approval, expiring on 1 December 2035.
