On 13 April 2026, the Armadale Land Redevelopment Committee (LRC) approved the development of a Six Storey Multiple Dwelling Development (Social and Affordable Housing) at Lots 818, 1092 and 1751 Albany Highway, Kelmscott, subject to amended Conditions and Advice Notes.
The Committee requested amendments to the Conditions and Advice notes to ensure better protection of existing trees and the opportunity for the coordinated delivery of development works alongside the future adjoining public open space works.
