Australian Marine Complex - Expression of Interest CUF North Buildings

Expressions of Interest are open for two buildings within the Australian Marine Complex Common User Facility (CUF) North.

• Building B003 - Fabrication Hall
• Building B004 - Project Office

EOI dates: 1 to 30 September 2026, submissions close 2pm (WST) on 30 September 2026

• Location: Located in a highly connected marine and industrial hub, with access to major transport routes.
• Use: These buildings support fabrication, maintenance and project-based operations,
• Access to CUF: waterfront access and with close proximity to the CUF North jetty, Kebarak Maya slipway, laydown areas and adjacent fabrication halls

Commercial arrangements

These buildings are offered via an AMC CUF User Agreement on a project-by-project basis, providing flexible access aligned to operational requirements within the Henderson industrial precinct.

They are located within the Henderson Defence Precinct boundary, announced by the Australian Government on 24 August 2026, and will be available for an initial period of 18-24 months.

Occupancy periods and associated commercial arrangements may be subject to review and adjustment in response to future decisions and timings relating to the Henderson Defence Precinct.  

Building details

Building B003 - Fabrication Hall

This building supports fabrication, assembly and maintenance activities.

• Two large fabrication halls (2,200sqm and 700sqm) with 3-phase power
• Workshop space (530sqm) with storage space and pallet racking
• Gantry crane capability: 5t, 10t and 15t (up to 8m clearance underhook)
• Multiple access points for efficient workflow

Building B004 - Project Office

This building offers a flexible internal layout suitable for single-user or multi-user occupancy.

• Ground floor: office areas, storage and amenities
• First floor: office areas, boardroom, storage and amenities
• Shared facilities: reception and lobby, kitchen/break room and conference room (ground floor)
• Additional amenity: optional server room
• Office fit out: carpeted floors, air-conditioning and partial furnishings

Both with:

• 24-hour operational capability
• Access to the CUF North jetty, laydown areas and Kebarak Maya slipway
• Access to onsite car parking and outdoor lunch area
