DevelopmentWA’s Industrial Lands Authority is one of several landowners in the 178-hectare Forrestdale Business Park West (FBPW). This strategically located estate features a mix of light industrial, serviced commercial, and general industrial zoned land, catering to a wide range of businesses.

Upon full development, FBPW is projected to attract $816 million in private investment for industrial construction and support 2,857 jobs in the construction sector. Once operational, businesses within the estate are expected to generate 4,478 full-time jobs, driving an estimated $1.6 billion in annual economic activity.

FBPW is already home to major enterprises, including Hitachi, 7-Eleven, and DevelopmentWA’s Crossroads Industrial Estate, reinforcing its position as a key driver of economic growth and industrial innovation in Western Australia.

The realignment of Anstey Road, along with the upgrade and realignment of Ranford and Keane Roads, has been instrumental in delivering critical road and service infrastructure to support industrial development within the Forrestdale Business Park West (FBPW) estate.

These road improvements are part of the State Government’s $27 million investment under the Forrestdale Business Park West Development Contribution Plan, ensuring the estate remains a well-connected and high-quality industrial hub for businesses to thrive.
