The Bentley Place Plan is a collaborative, action-focused roadmap designed to shape the future of the Bentley Redevelopment Area. Developed in partnership with Town Team Movement, it brings together local residents, businesses, community groups, educational institutions, and government to create a vibrant, connected, and inclusive neighbourhood.

Place Plans focus on both the physical and social aspects of a community, combining improvements to streets, parks, and public spaces with initiatives that build local identity, safety, and a sense of belonging.

The Bentley Place Plan is about co-creating Bentley’s “next chapter” and ensuring that the area’s transformation reflects the values and aspirations of the people who live, work, study, and visit here.
