2024
Alkimos Station and access roads open to the public, with the Bus and Train Station officially open for use.
2025
Works on the Alkimos Aquatic and Recreation Centre (AARC) by the City of Wanneroo commenced.
Landscaping within the city centre and Romeo Road commenced.
Contract signed with Centuria to develop Stage 1 of the Retail Precinct
Release of an EOI for service commercial land.
2026
Development of a Central Square & Park near the station.
Development of the Retail Precinct in the town centre commences.
Service commercial precinct due to commence.
Completion of the City of Wanneroo’s AARC project expected (find out more here).
2027
Stage One of the Retail Precinct is expected to open.
Release of first residential lots.
