Burt Street is delivered in partnership with the award-winning project team comprising of Edge Visionary Living and Hillam Architects. We are proud to present a proposal to bring a world-class residential and arts precinct to Fremantle’s East End.
The 1.4ha Burt Street site is located near the city centre, arts centre, harbour and public transport.
The site will be transformed into a high-quality residential destination, featuring five new buildings with up to 265 apartments, including six live-work artist studios. There will be diverse housing choices to suit a range of people and budgets, as well as vibrant shared spaces for the whole community to enjoy and a small portion of space for commercial uses.
A focus of the project is to explore ways to implement sustainability initiatives and to ensure the development complements the vibrant Fremantle community.
