2021 September Claremont on the Park wins Urban Renewal category in 2021 UDIA Awards for Excellence.
2021 August Claremont on the Park named State Development of the Year (WA) in the national 2021 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknell Innovation & Excellence Awards.
2021 May Multiplex achieves practical completion of Oryx Communities' multi-generational seniors' precinct, The Queenslea.
2019 August Start of construction on Oryx Communities' aged-care facility at Lot 506.
2018 March Oryx Communities announced to deliver residential aged care at Lot 506.
2017 November Claremont on the Park wins PIA WA 2017 Award for Best Planning Ideas - Small Project.
2017 October Lot 506 released for sale by Expression of Interest.

2016 August The Goods Shed opened.

The Pocket by Georgiou Living is completed and first residents move in (Lot 503).

2016 March Refurbishment work commenced on the historical Goods Shed and Stage 3 works were completed.
