DevelopmentWA is seeking proponents for the development of three General Industry–zoned lots within the Narngulu General Industrial Area, Geraldton’s key hub for heavy industry, logistics and resource processing.
Lots range from 26–64ha and are offered on a leasehold basis with an option to purchase. Proponents may nominate one or more lots, or part lots, and will be responsible for required servicing and upgrades.
