Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct - Overview
A hub for innovation, healthcare & education
The Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct is set to become a thriving centre for healthcare, education, research, and business development, acting as a catalyst for the larger Murdoch Activity Centre. Once complete, the precinct will feature:
- 1,200 dwellings housing 2,400 residents
- 45,000sqm of health, retail, and commercial space to support a growing urban community
- A one-hectare conservation zone, integrating green spaces with modern urban living
DevelopmentWA is transforming a 9.6ha under-utilised site into a vibrant, mixed-use precinct, delivering the project in two key stages. Stage 1 will feature seven lots (2,324sqm – 5,955sqm) designed for health-related, mixed-use, or residential apartment developments.

A thriving urban hub with world-class connectivity
Murdoch is already a bustling employment, education, and healthcare centre, where thousands of workers, students, and residents converge daily. With high-quality infrastructure, modern transport links, and major employers in close proximity, the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct offers an unparalleled opportunity to live, work, and innovate in a well-connected, future-focused community.
