Waterwise Incentive Package

When you purchase at OneOneFive Hamilton Hill, a Waterwise Incentive Package* totalling $13,000 (ex GST) is available for Builders and Owners to support the implementation of waterwise practices, including rainwater harvesting, localised stormwater infiltration, and waterwise landscaping and irrigation. The Package consists of four components:

Part A for Builders (Soak wells): $4,000 (ex GST)

Part B for Builders (Rainwater tank and dual plumbing): $4,000 (ex GST)

Part C for Owners (Waterwise landscape): $2,000 (ex GST)

Part D for Owners (Verge landscape): $3,000 (ex GST)
