Latest News
Stage 1
- Dale Alcock Projects have started building eight town homes on Kwenda Approach. These new homes are expected to be completed early 2027 and will be released to the market for sale thereafter.
- DevelopmentWA is in negotiations with a new builder to complete the construction of the six town homes on Yongka Road. Construction is anticipated to recommence mid-2026, with completion of the homes expected by mid-2027.
- With the first stage of verge landscaping was completed late 2025 to align with the construction of homes in the stage 1, the next installations are scheduled for Winter 2026.
Stage 2
- Landscaping is now complete, providing three new public open spaces and streetscapes, for residents and visitors to enjoy.
- The temporary fencing to the landscaped areas will remain in place for approximately 4 weeks (until the end of May) in a bid to deter the theft of fresh plantings and giving the plants and grass some extra time to establish.
Stage 3
- The planning and design to deliver Stage 3 at OneOneFive Hamilton Hill is well underway.
- Civil works for the final stage in the estate are anticipated to commence late 2026, with lots to market thereafter.
- Landscaping will provide a further two public open spaces and streetscapes, commencing early 2027.

As one of DevelopmentWA’s Innovation Through Demonstration projects, OneOneFive Hamilton Hill targets the highest levels of sustainability and is delivering an ecologically sensitive development – minimising water and energy consumption, while retaining the site’s landform, trees and biodiversity.
The estate has been recognised by Water Corporation as a Waterwise Platinum development, the Urban Development Institute of Australia awarding the maximum 6 leaves for their EnviroDevelopment program and was also a winner at the 2021 Waste Sorted Awards.
It celebrates and reflects the site’s history as a school, and its indigenous heritage, through street names, public art, and built form.
