Once complete, 195 Pier Street will be owned and operated by a Community Housing Provider, delivering long-term, secure and high-quality affordable rental housing in the heart of Perth. 

It's also close to North Metropolitan TAFE and the new ECU City Campus, which is set to open in early 2026.

Residents will benefit from excellent public transport links, including McIver and Perth train stations, the free ‘blue route’ CAT bus, and high-frequency bus services along Newcastle and Beaufort streets.

We’re also about to complete our final inspections of the control apartment on Level 1. By February, this apartment will be finished and will serve as the benchmark for quality, setting the standard for all completed apartments in the building. We can’t wait to show you what it looks like.
