Late last month we marked a major milestone at 195 Pier Street, celebrating the building reaching its full height of 29 storeys. In keeping with a centuries‑old construction tradition, an evergreen tree was hoisted to the rooftop to signify the structure reaching full height – a symbolic moment recognising the progress made by the team and the work still to come. Once complete, 195 Pier Street will be owned and operated by a Community Housing Provider, delivering long-term, secure and high-quality affordable rental housing in the heart of Perth. 

It's also close to North Metropolitan TAFE and the new ECU City Campus, which opened in early 2026.

Residents will benefit from excellent public transport links, including McIver and Perth train stations, the free ‘blue route’ CAT bus, and high-frequency bus services along Newcastle and Beaufort streets.

We have completed two model apartments at 195 Pier Street, setting the benchmark for all apartments to follow.
