Build to rent social and affordable development
195 Pier Street, Perth is planned to become an inner city apartment complex delivered via a Build-to-Rent model that incorporates a mix of social, affordable and market housing, to be owned and operated by a Community Housing Provider.
The building will include:
- The development will deliver 219 high-rise apartments, comprising:
- 66 (30%) social homes
- 44 (20%) affordable homes
- 109 (50%) market rentals, including 10 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments
- Sits on a 3,099 square metre site (including a Stage 2 opportunity)
- Is located close to public transport, shops and schools
An Expression of Interest for a Community Housing Provider and subsequent Requests for Proposals have now closed.
