The Central Perth Land Redevelopment Committee considered a report on the development application for a proposed 27 Storey Office and Cafe/Restaurant Development at Lot 501 (No. 15) The Esplanade, Perth at its meeting on 7 September 2026. At this meeting, the Central Perth Land Redevelopment Committee provided a recommendation to the DevelopmentWA Board that it approve the proposed development subject to the recommended conditions and advice notes, as amended.

The DevelopmentWA Board will consider the proposal on Monday, 21 September 2026.
