On 21 September 2026, the DevelopmentWA Board considered a recommendation for development approval of a 27 Storey Office and Café/ Restaurant Development at Lots 501 and 502, No. 15 and 9 The Esplanade, Perth WA. At this meeting, the DevelopmentWA Board approved the development subject to conditions and advice notes as recommended by the Central Perth Redevelopment Committee. The approved development plans and list of Conditions and Advice notes is available for download below.
