Thank you for your interest in land for sale at Heartwood Bentley.
Please read the instructions below and refer to Heartwood Bentley – A Guide for Buyers for more information on the process.
The information provided in this form will form the basis for preparing a formal contract if your offer is selected.
We encourage you to review the documents in the Useful Downloads and Links section before selecting a lot, so you understand the terms if invited to proceed.
- Make sure you complete ALL sections of the Online Form. It is your responsibility to ensure your details and any supporting documents have been uploaded in this form.
- You can select up to 3 lots. Option 1 should be your first preference, option 2 your second preference and option 3 your third preference
- Only one form submission will be accepted.
- Land4Sale will reply to all complete submissions with acknowledgement that your submission has been received.
Conditions of the Sale Process
- A maximum of one lot per buyer applies.
- DevelopmentWA reserves the right to sell a lot to any buyer it chooses based on the financial terms. DevelopmentWA further reserves the right to not sell any advertised lot in its absolute discretion.
- DevelopmentWA will not be considering or accepting any subject-to-sale offers.
- Offers made subject to finance approval will need to have a letter of eligibility or pre-approval letter.
- Any offer made as a cash offer will require proof of funds.
- DevelopmentWA reserves the right not to sell a lot on the offers received.
- Excluding the Contract Schedule (that outlines items such as finance timeframes, settlement date, and purchase price), the Conditions of DevelopmentWA’s standard Contract of Sale cannot be amended.
- Only one online submission can be made per person or company.

If your offer is subject to obtaining finance approval from a Lending Institution, you will need to attach a Pre-approval or Letter of Eligibility from your desired Lender stating that you are eligible to borrow the amount of money required to secure your block.
