Step into an immersive sensory spectacle at ECU

Join the opening night of In-Visible on Thursday 20 August as Xue Li’s practice-led PhD research comes to life through immersive installation and moving image.

On display at at ECU's Spectrum gallery from 17 - 27 August, Xue Li's art work explores how feminist concerns can be indirectly addressed through embodied experience, cultural and domestic memory, and spatial perception.

Through immersive installation and moving image, the exhibition constructs a bodily experience shaped by soft boundaries, partial visibility and layered projections.

Opening night: 20 August at 5pm

Artist talk: 21 August from 12:30pm – 1:30pm

Enter ECU via the ground floor near Bon Ton Cafe and take the lifts to Level 7 to access Spectrum and the exhibition.
