In August 2023, it was announced that UEM Sunrise Bhd (UEM Sunrise) will bring its award-winning work to Western Australia for the first time – delivering two landmark apartment developments at Lots 1 and 2, adjacent to Subiaco Oval.
Driven by decades of international experience, UEM Sunrise’s design concepts for Lots 1 and 2 will incorporate elements that recognise and celebrate the rich history of Subiaco to seamlessly integrate with the public realm around the iconic Subiaco Oval. The Development Application for Lots 1 and 2 was approved in November 2024.
