First Land Release
Stage 1 of Orion Industrial is released with interested parties encouraged to engage early to ensure lots are designed to their unique requirements.
Stage 1 construction is expected to commence in 2021 enabling a continuation of land supply on the sell out of DevelopmentWA Flinders Precinct at the south western entry to Latitude 32.
Orion Industrial Park will yield approximately 94 lots ranging in size from 2,000 sqm to 5 hectares, supplying 66ha of net saleable area to the industrial market. This is predicted to attract a further 100 businesses to the Western Trade Coast.
DevelopmentWA is undertaking structure planning, a Master Plan amendment for Development Contribution Provisions and an update to the Latitude 32 Design Guidelines to reflect the specific development requirements of the area.
