Claremont on the Park - Overview

Claremont on the Park - Overview

A place to live, work and relax

Claremont on the Park has established a fresh new mix of living and business opportunities, re-connecting the Claremont community once divided by the railway line. More than 750 new homes have been created, and following $16million of State Government funding, the Claremont Football Club has state-of-the-art clubrooms with community facilities.

The historic railway building within the precinct, has been transformed into FORM Gallery & Cafe (formerly known as the Goods Shed), which has become a hub for culture and community.

In addition, in collaboration with Transperth, Western Australia’s first basement Park and Ride facility seamlessly integrates a 200-bay train station car park into the Claremont on the Park development.

Claremont on the Park is located on the northern side of the Claremont railway station, bounded by the railway line, Graylands Road, Davies Road and Lapsley Road.

Claremont on the Park

Community facilities and transport

A network of landscaped public open space areas include a pedestrian walkway around the Oval with seating, shade structures, BBQ facilities and a play space for children. Green space extends beyond Claremont Oval, to promote foot traffic and access to local facilities on both sides of the railway tracks.

When it comes to getting around, the existing train station and bus routes to Perth and Fremantle are just a lazy drop punt from your front door.
